The Trofi Pack team has over twenty-five years of experience in ripening mangoes and avocados. Trofi Pack has 25 ripening rooms with a total capacity of 550 pallet spaces.

Various factors come into play when ripening tropical fruit. Detailed control of temperature, humidity, ventilation and gassing requires knowledge and experience, making it a meticulous process.
